"There was another family out here. My son has never seen snow, and he's been wishing for snow. So, I thought this was the perfect place to stop," Karen Robertson told ABC13 reporter Foti Kallergis.
The Robertsons have been living in Galveston since Hurricane Harvey, so they say seeing this winter wonderland was a dream come true.
In fact, they had so much fun, they started a snowball fight -- and pulled Foti into it!
