HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Add some Mexican spice to your next meal! Learn how to make mouthwatering chilaquiles from Berryhill Baja Grill.

INGREDIENTS
  • Roasted salsa
  • Kimchi
  • Oil
  • Tortilla chips
  • Eggs
  • Cotija cheese
  • Sour cream


Mix roasted salsa and kimchi in blender. Heat oil in frying pan and add in blended salsa mixture. Mix in tortilla chips, and remove from heat.

In another pan, fry eggs. Plate fried eggs over tortilla chips, garnish with cheese and drizzle sour cream over dish.
