HOUSTON (KTRK) -- In case you haven't had the pleasure of eating at Ronnie Killen's three other restaurants, you can now breathe easier because a 4th restaurant opening is happening for hungry Houstonians.
The chef who is famous for steaks, barbecue and burgers, will open Killen's STQ in the Houston city limits at 2231 S. Voss.

"This is the type of food I really like to cook," says Killen of his latest undertaking. "I'm excited about visiting the local farmers markets. The menu will be more farm-to-table than our other concepts."
Killen says that STQ's name is a mashup of steak and barbecue and will prominently feature a selection of proteins using wood-based preparations.

This will be number four in the award-winning chef's stable of restaurants and Killen anticipates opening STQ's doors to the public today.
The restaurant will be open Monday-Thursday, 4-9pm, and Friday-Saturday, 4-10pm.
