Tacos, bao, and Indonesian ice cream are on deck for Rice Village's new food hall

HOUSTON, Texas -- Houston's next food hall is starting to take shape. Politan Row, the Rice Village property from the owners of St. Roch Market in New Orleans, has revealed its first three vendors.

  • Breaking Bao, a permanent location for Phillip Kim's popular, Chinese-inspired food truck

  • Cochinita & Co, a taco and ceviche concept from Chef Victoria Elizondo

  • Susu Kopi and Boba, an Indonesian-inspired cafe that will serve coffee and soft-serve ice cream from sisters Ecky and Niken Prabanto
