Man charged of intoxication manslaughter in deadly crash near Bush Airport

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The driver charged with intoxication manslaughter in a deadly crash near Bush Airport appeared in court Saturday morning.

Michael Stanberry-Lambert had allegedly been drinking when he swerved out of control and hit a pickup truck at FM 1960 and Kensiwck overnight Friday.

The 18-wheeler pushed a pickup truck more than 200 feet from the intersection.

Aaron Rincon was killed on impact. Two other people in that truck were taken by air and by ground to hospitals.

The sole driver in the other vehicle was taken to a hospital as well. The semi driver was not hurt.
