Chip and his wife Joanna Gaines have two old silos in Waco they call Magnolia Market, and instead of a section in the store, Chip will have a silo all to himself.

A Magnolia spokesman told Dallas media that remodeling of the nearly 4,000 square-foot silo will begin later this year. There's no word yet on what will be included in Chip's new shop.

The silos have become a big tourist spot in downtown Waco attracting thousands of visitors each week from across the country. Magnolia Market features food, shopping, games for the kiddos and a garden.

Chip and Joanna help home buyers in Waco renovate what appears to be the wrong house in the right location.

Joanna is behind the design, while Chip takes care of the construction.

The couple made a visit to Houston recently as part of Joanna's launch of her furniture collection at Star Furniture.
