Firefighters battle large fire at apartment in east Houston

In SkyEye video taken from above the scene, electrical wires on the roof were seen sparking flames as crews rushed to the scene.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Firefighters are working to control a large fire at an apartment building in east Houston.

At one point, flames and sparks were seen shooting from the building on Capitol at Pineview.

There's no word on injuries or what caused the fire.
