Cow gets loose again in Old City
The cow, nicknamed "Stormy," made its way out of Old First Reformed United Church of Christ around 6:20 a.m. Thursday, then walked down the street.

The pastor of the church tried his best to stop the cow, but to no avail. The cow then went to the upper level of a parking garage where it was eventually cornered.

At one point, Philadelphia and Pennsylvania state police boxed it in with their cruisers before walking the animal off of the highway. After police corralled the cow on the highway, they returned it back to the church safe and sound, where it remained until it escaped again.
