HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Monday morning Grammy-winning rapper Chamillionaire spoke with high school seniors who are interested in working in the music industry.
Fifty college-bound HISD seniors at Worthing High School had the chance to talk to the local Houston rapper, along with representatives from Live Nation and Spotify, thanks to the nonprofit group Communities In Schools of Houston (CIS).

Students got a glimpse into what to expect if they pursued a music career. And they learned how they can get a jumpstart on their futures now.
