SPRING, Texas (KTRK) -- Incredible video from Crime Stoppers shows three suspects firebombing a home and car in Spring.

The home's surveillance video captured the suspects throwing firebombs onto the front porch and into a car early Sunday morning. It happened in the 2300 block of Kolby Way.

"Around 3 in the morning, I get a huge thump at my door and my mat's on fire. Then the guy who had seen the car on fire, he came to the front door and he's like, 'Hey, your car is on fire too'," said the homeowner.

Tyler Cook was the man who knocked on the homeowner's door. He saw the fire while riding by on his motorcycle.

"I was out for a little night ride, going around the neighborhood, came around the corner and saw out of the corner of my eye there was a fire in someone's vehicle and on their front doorstep," said neighbor Tyler Cook.

After alerting them, "We all just kind of worked together to make sure everyone was out of the house safely," said Cook.

The homeowner said her boyfriend, his nine-year-old daughter and her sister were all in the home. She's just grateful they weren't hurt and they were able to put out the fire at the front door quickly.

After setting the fires, the suspects are seen running from the scene and leaving in a dark vehicle. A light-colored SUV is also believed to have been involved in the arson. In the video, you see the white SUV drive by the home twice, appearing to case the home. Then you see it again, just seconds after the suspects threw the Molotov cocktails.

No injuries were reported.

Crime Stoppers is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to felony charges or an arrest of the suspects.

Anyone with information related to the crime is asked to call 713-222-8477 or submit tips online. You are able to remain anonymous.
