Ground stop lifted at Bush Airport

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Travelers faced heavy delays at Bush Intercontinental Airport this morning as storms threatened their Thanksgiving holiday travel plans.

A ground stop was ordered at IAH after heavy thunderstorms have moved into the area.



The airport said there are no destination-specific delays to report, but travelers could experience delays for departure.

Incoming flights were expected to be delayed by 15 minutes or less.
