Aaronda Watkins, 25, is charged with child endangerment.
Deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office were called to the 10800 block of Louetta Road when someone reported that a woman had entered a bar and left an infant in a locked vehicle.
Surveillance video from inside the bar captured Watkins talking and having a good time around 1 a.m. Sunday.
Around 1:45 a.m., patrons leaving the bar noticed a baby locked in a parked car.
The video shows a customer running back and forth near the car, and a short time later a person is seen holding the baby while police were called.
Precinct 4 Constables said when they arrived around 2 a.m., Watkins tried to drive away from the bar highly intoxicated. She was eventually arrested and the baby was placed with family members.
Authorities say Watkins is now out on bond.
