Australian man checks in beer can as luggage on flight

MELBOURNE, Australia (KTRK) -- An Australian man only packed the essentials when checking his luggage at an airport in Melbourne.

The passenger named Dean only checked one can of Emu Export lager.

Surprisingly, the can made it all the way to Perth safe and sound.

Dean said he hatched the plan with his friend who works at the airport as a joke. He was prepared to file a lost luggage report if the can didn't turn up.
