According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Ashley Fernandez was found safe Saturday afternoon.
Fernandez was reported missing Friday afternoon. She was believed to be with 19-year-old Arturo Medrano-Limas.
Laredo police say Medrano-Limas has been arrested.
