BAYTOWN, Texas (KTRK) -- An Amber Alert for a 16-year-old out of Baytown had been active for about an hour before authorities said he was found at home.
A bulletin was sent to devices across Texas at about 5 p.m. Thursday concerning the disappearance of Brayan Martinez.

The Texas Department of Public Safety wrote that the teen was actually last seen three days prior on Monday.
But in an update at about 6 p.m. - some 60 minutes after the alert was first sent to phones - the Goose Creek Consolidated Independent School District Police Department said Brayan was found safe at home.

Law enforcement officials believed he was in grave or immediate danger, though, authorities did not give details why.
