Pasadena's first Hispanic police chief hopes to improve department's image

PASADENA, Texas (KTRK) -- Al Espinoza was recently named police chief in Pasadena, and he is the first Hispanic to hold the job. Espinoza has been with Pasadena PD for 37 years.

Espinoza said one of his biggest goals is improving the department's image within the city's large Hispanic community.
