Houstonians aid homeless with hot chocolate and blankets

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A viral video shows the "Cert Team" with Harris County Precinct 1 making sure Houston's homeless were warm this morning.

They were out in downtown Houston at 3:30 a.m. giving blankets, clothes and hot chocolate to men and women staying under the Eastex Freeway near Franklin.
