Man shocked while working on underground transformer in Liberty

LIBERTY, TX (KTRK) -- A man was shocked this morning while working on an underground transformer in Liberty, city electrical officials say.

The man was hurt this morning while doing maintenance work around 9:40am at the City of Liberty Municipal Park, according to the City of Liberty Electrical Department.

Life Flight has transported him to a nearby hospital. His condition is unknown at this time.
