A crime of fashion leads to evacuation at university

NEW YORK CITY, New York (KTRK) -- You can call it a true crime of fashion.

A man wearing a belt with bullets lead to an evacuation at Pace University in New York.

New York police said the man was in a university restroom when other men noticed bullets sticking out from underneath the stall. The men called police and authorities evacuated the building.

Police later discovered that the bullets were part of a fashion statement, attached to a belt as part of the man's outfit.

The man will not face charges.
