ALLIANCE, OH (KTRK) -- An Ohio woman has been arrested after calling 911 to complain about an order of Chinese food.

Police say Tracey F. McCloud, 44, of Cleveland, called the emergency number late Monday afternoon to say the Chinese food she'd ordered from a local restaurant was "not up to par for her liking" and the restaurant was refusing to give her a refund.

"And this is why you called 911," you hear the dispatcher ask in the call.

"What am I supposed to do? Jump over the thing and bear them up and get my money back?" McCloud responds.

"No you could've called the regular police line instead of the life-threatening emergency line," the dispatcher explains.

After police determined the woman had no real emergency, she was arrested and charged with misuse of 911, a misdemeanor.

She's scheduled to appear in court later this week.
