Splendora drug dealer gets 45 years in prison

SPLENDORA, TX -- James Edward Myers, 53, of Splendora was sentenced to 45 years in prison on Thursday, July 16, by a jury in the 359th District Court in Montgomery County.

Myers had been found guilty of Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Visiting Judge Mason Martin handed down the sentence.

According to a press release from the Montgomery County Pct. 4 Office, Myers' conviction was the result of an investigation by the Pct. 4 Constable's Office Narcotics Division.
