Tropical Chill has been at the same spot in Deer Park since 1993. They have a great website with all of their flavors and a key that gives a description of what each will taste like and what color to expect it to be. The best part? Snoballs start at just $1.50!
You might have seen the blue Friohanna truck or trailer parked around town. Next time you do, stop! Viewers say Friohanna serves snow cones that actually feel like eating flavored snow.
