Man accused of exposing himself to girl at Buc-ee's in Freeport

FREEPORT, TX (KTRK) -- Police they've arrested a man who allegedly exposed himself to a child at a Buc-ee's in Brazoria County.

The Freeport Police Department says Darren Scott Holley surrendered around 4pm Thursday, nearly 24 hours after the incident.

Police say a nine-year-old girl was at the fountain drink machine when Holley walked out of the bathroom and inappropriately touched himself.

Surveillance video of the incident helped police identify Holley and provide probable cause to charge him with indecency with a child by exposing.

Police in West Columbia say Holley has a warrant out for his arrest on another exposing charge, and the city of Sweeny is also pursuing a similar charge.
