Cut a square out of the top of the poster board, I measured the square 2" from the top, and both sides and 12" up from the bottom.
Paint the poster board with your choice of color of Americana acrylic paint. Next, cut your letters out of white poster board and glue them onto the bottom of the poster board frame. Let everything dry overnight, and use it throughout the celebration to take pictures of all the attendees.
Cut flag shaped squares out of the school colored card stock, I made mine about 10" long and 6" wide.
Then cut the printed letters that spell "Congrats Graduate", to be a little smaller than the card stock flags.
Connect the letters with ribbon, and hang it on the wall.

Draw onto the wax paper over the 2015 with the melted candy melts and let them cool for 30 minutes.
Place them in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to cool completely and harden.
Place them on top of the decorated cupcakes.
