HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Houston firefighters are working to extinguish a blaze at an apartment complex in southwest Houston.

The fire broke out at the Lantern Village Apartments in the 5800 block of Gulfton.

We're hearing the fire may have damaged up to four upstairs units. Sheetrock and debris are littering the second floor of the building and spanning several units.

The Houston Fire Department says no one is injured, but did not give further details.
