Porter resident records video of how NOT to drive on flooded streets

PORTER, Texas (KTRK) -- Many streets in the Porter neighborhood of Cumberland Crossing have high water.

Resident Jacob Wooley shot video of cars plowing through high water, sending wakes into the yards of homes.

Cumberland Crossing is just south of the Grand Parkway at FM 1314.
