Driver survives after pickup plunges off Boston freeway

BOSTON, MA (KTRK) -- After watching this video from Massachusetts, you may find it hard to believe the person in the truck survived.

It happened on Sunday. A pickup driver appeared to hit the snow, go over the barrier and fall down to the road below.

The driver, 33-year-old Vannak Sao, had to be cut out of the truck, but survived.

Sao was charged with drunken driving. He says he wasn't drunk, but admits to having a little bit to drink the morning of the crash.

His driver's license has been revoked.
