Police searching for gunman after one person killed at music studio in north Harris Co.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Police are searching for the gunman who shot up a music studio and killed one man in north Houston Sunday morning.

Deputies were called to a drive-by shooting at the studio located on Sweetwater and Smart Road around 12 a.m.

Investigators say the gunman allegedly fired both handguns and high-powered rifles.

A man inside the studio was shot and killed.

Deputies are trying to determine the motive for the shooting, and find any leads on possible suspects.
