EDMONTON, Alberta -- A weatherman in Edmonton recently tried to do his forecast while holding a dog on a leash.
But 1-year-old Ripple ended up stealing the show. Ripple tore through the leash and starting jumping on weather caster Mike Sobel during the segment.
