Nike puts national spotlight on Yates and Wheatley football programs after Harvey

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Across the world, there is a new spotlight on two Houston high schools thanks to a popular footwear and apparel company.

Nike released a video on Twitter that showcased Yates and Wheatley High Schools. The video showed how football has played an integral part of Houston's road to recovery after Hurricane Harvey.

"For the Yates and Wheatley High School football teams, it's about playing for the pride of their city," Nike said in a tweet.
