Reward offered for truck driver after fatal hit and run

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Crime Stoppers is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the driver in a fatal hit and run crash.

Police say a man was struck as he stood next to his van on the shoulder of the Katy Freeway near Barker Cypress on Sept. 9.

The vehicle that hit him is described as a gray, black and brown Ford F-150. It should have damage to the right, front, quarter panel and right mirror.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
