Discovery Green hosting free Paul Wall concert

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Southern rap is taking over Discovery Green.

Houston rapper Paul Wall will be performing a free concert tonight with up and coming rapper Genesis Blu to open.

The concert is open to the public. Make sure to bring blankets or lawn chairs.

Food and beverages are available for purchase at The Lake House.

The concert is from 7 - 9 p.m. Organizers are encouraging everyone to use #dgconcerts and #discoverygreen on social media to join the conversation.
