Deputy hurt in hit-and-run crash
Driver leaves the scene after hitting deputy riding personal motorcycle.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A Harris County deputy was hurt in a motorcycle crash late Sunday night. Now investigators are looking for the driver who hit him.

Deputy Jason Ricamore was in uniform but riding his personal motorcycle when he was hit from behind. It's not clear if he was heading to work or on his way home.

The crash happened on the Sam Houston Tollway southbound feeder road at Wallisville just before 10 p.m.

Deputy Ricamore suffered back and leg pain from the crash but is in good condition.

Investigators say the driver of the vehicle involved in the crash fled the scene.

Anyone who knows anything about the crash is urged to call the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
