Boxing legend George Foreman teams up with Pct. 1 to host supply drive

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- As the flood waters continue to recede, the generosity of Houstonians continue to shine.

Boxing legend George Foreman joined forces with Harris County Precinct 1 Constable Alan Rosen to host a supply drive to help flood victims. The supply drive was held at Galilee Baptist Church on D.S. Bailey Lane.

Foreman said the city's response to Hurricane Harvey has made him proud to call the Bayou City home.

"I've seen more from the nature of human beings than I've ever seen from the strength of mother nature herself," he said.
