CELINA, Texas (KTRK) -- A 2-year-old at the center of an Amber Alert has been found safe.
According to the Celina Police Department, 2-year-old Levy Pugh was believed to be taken by 42-year-old Isaac Pugh. On Wednesday, police said Isaac was found and apprehended without incident in McKinney, Texas. Levy, who was with Isaac, was unharmed and reunited with his mom.
Police have not said how Isaac and the boy are related, or what led to the abduction.
No further details were released as this is an ongoing investigation.
