Balloon release honors Magnolia West student killed in crash

MAGNOLIA, Texas (KTRK) -- Classmates gathered Thursday for a balloon release to honor a Magnolia West High School student killed in a car crash.

Dustin Parmely was killed this weekend in a crash along Highway 249 when the car he was in collided with another vehicle and rolled over.

His brother, who was also in the car with him, survived and has multiple broken bones.
