HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Burglary suspects used a blowtorch to access a Wells Fargo ATM in northeast Houston.
Police say security guards saw the suspects on surveillance cameras, but they took off before officers arrived.
Police say this may be part of a pattern developing in the Houston area.

Police said that last week a person tried to get the cash out of the machine at the Chase Bank on Lockwood in northeast Houston. The suspects cut into it with a torch, but it caught fire and the person took off empty-handed.
