National Napping Day
National Napping Day comes just in time after losing an hour of sleep from spring forward.

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Feeling a little sluggish after losing an hour of sleep this weekend?

Just call it a day and go back to bed, because today is National Napping Day.

The "holiday" is the brainchild of former Boston University Professor William Anthony. He wanted all of us to realize the health benefits of catching some quality ZZZ's.

Studies have shown that short 10 to 20 minute naps work wonders for productivity.
