Man arrested for Christmas Day murder

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A man accused of killing his girlfriend's ex-husband has been arrested, police confirm.

Zacchaeus Mitchell, 22, is facing one charge of murder. He was taken into custody Monday.

His bond was set at $30,000.

Mitchell is accused of getting into a fight with Eric Burch at 200 Dominion Park around 3:10 p.m. Sunday. Mitchell shot Burch, killing him, police said.
