N Harris Co. neighborhood evacuated due to chemical tanker accident

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A north Harris County neighborhood and nearby construction site has been evacuated due to a chemical tanker accident.

The 18-wheeler carrying two 550 gallon tanks of some kind of chlorine that were actively leaking.

One person has been transported to the hospital.
