West Loop reopens at Evergreen after fatal wreck closed it for hours
HOUSTON (KTRK) -- All lanes of the West Loop northbound at Evergreen were shut down for hours because of a fatal multi-vehicle wreck.
TxDOT says a person on a motorcycle was killed in the accident, which happened just before noon. Bellaire police were on the scene.
Northbound traffic was forced off at Evergreen during the investigation, which lasted more than four hours.
At this point, we don't know what caused the wreck.
