'Unknown' 4-year-old girl leaves hospital
HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The four-year-old girl, who was injured in a car crash last weekend in Sealy, has been released from Memorial Hermann Hospital this morning.
The little girl, Briana, is now in CPS custody and will go to a foster home.
CPS officials confirmed that a man claiming to be her father came forward.
A judge will decide on May 16th if the man making the claims needs to provide additional evidence to prove his relationship to the four-year-old.
