Pilot makes emergency landing near Indiana highway
This emergency landing could have been a lot worse

A pilot and two passengers are safe this morning after making an emergency landing along an interstate in southern Indiana.

The pilot was flying the 1967 Beechcraft Bonanza with his wife and 13-year-old son onboard.

The plane started having mechanical issues. He was forced to make an emergency landing near the highway.

Luckily no one on board suffered serious injuries during the landing.
