Motorcyclist killed in accident in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TX (KTRK) -- A motorcyclist has died after an accident in The Woodlands.

The accident happened just before 3am on the North Freeway at Lake Woodlands Drive.

Investigators are not yet sure how the accident happened, but DPS is on the scene.

The exit ramp at Lake Woodlands Drive northbound has been closed while the investigation continues.
