Construction worker injured in fall at high school in Friendswood

FRIENDSWOOD, TX (KTRK) -- A construction worker has been injured in a fall at Clear Brook High School in Friendswood.

According to Friendswood police, Friendswood EMS and the Galveston County Sheriff's Office are on the scene. A construction worker apparently fell through a hole in the roof, onto a secondary roofing area. He suffered an arm injury.

Student dismissal was briefly delayed due to fire trucks blocking the school buses.
