Run-off candidates discuss vision for District H

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Houston City Council District H candidates Karla Cisneros and Jason Cisneroz discuss their vision for the district. The two runoff candidates are looking to replace longtime Council Member Ed Gonzalez, who is term limited. Runoff election is set for December 12th.
