Wreck and fuel spill shuts down Highway 225 at Richey for hours

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- All eastbound lanes of Highway 225 at Richey Street were shut down for hours last night due to a heavy truck and a HazMat spill.

The accident happened just before 8pm.

There is no word of any injuries at this time.

The freeway has reopened for all traffic.
