HOUSTON (KTRK) -- 13 Eyewitness News anchor Dave Ward and Crime Stoppers of Houston Executive Director Rania Mankarious discuss the successful Crime Stoppers program that has led to over 25,000 felony arrests and over 30,000 felony cases solved since it began in 1981.

Crime Stoppers will honor Ward at its 2015 gala later this month.
