Williams Way exit from US-59 reopens after it was closed due to ice

RICHMOND, Texas (KTRK) -- Ice is being blamed for three crashes on southbound US-59 at Williams Way in Richmond.

Fort Bend County deputies closed the outbound ramp Thursday morning because of the ice, but it has since reopened.

Delays were building in the area.

Drivers had to take Crabb River Road or used part of the feeder road to get around the area.
