Cool tempreatures expected at start of Chevron Houston Marathon

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Runners in the Chevron Houston Marathon can expect some good running weather Sunday morning.

Temperatures will be nice and cool for the start of the race, with a mostly sunny sky and low humidity.

But the dry air will heat up quickly. The longer you take to finish the race, the warmer it's going to get.

Temperatures will already be in the mid 50s by 11am.
